During the Board Meeting of JUSCO held on 29 January 2010 Mr B L Raina, Chairman, JUSCO formally inducted Mr Manish Sharma as Additional Director on the Board of JUSCO. Mr Manish Sharma is presently the CEO of Indian Steel and Wire Products Limited (ISWP) and from 1 April 2010 he will take charge as the Managing Director of JUSCO. Consequently, Mr Sanjiv Paul, Managing Director, JUSCO will assume the office of Vice President (Corporate Services), Tata Steel Limited with effect from 1 April 2010.

Mr Manish Sharma joined Tata Steel in the year 1991 and had an opportunity to work with Ferro Alloys & Minerals Division, Marketing & Sales Division and in the year 2001 he took over as Financial Controller, Long Products and then as Chief, Wire Rod Mill before being handed over the charge of ISWP as the Managing Director on 1 June 2007.

Mr Sharma is a Graduate Engineer from IIT, BHU and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.  He completed his Full-bright Scholarship Course from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, as also General Management Programme from CEDEP, INSEAD, France.
