Payments made via the website are final and are not reversible. Please use caution when entering on-line payments. Excess bill payments will be adjusted in the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given. We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization by the merchant for any Transaction.
Provided in case of any fraudulent transaction entered into by the customer using the internet payment gateway, the service provider JUSCO shall not be held liable and any penalties imposed upon JUSCO by the third party merchant on account of loss suffered by the merchant shall be charged back from the customer concerned.
